Real-time imaging and display of 2D cross-sectional images of defects such as scratches, cracks, whitening, welding conditions, and wrinkles on the test specimen allows for on-site verification of industrial products and deterioration. By adopting the common-path OCT method, it has become possible to capture images of measurement objects located far from the OCT main unit via a long optical fiber (approximately 20m). 【Features】 ■ Designed for outdoor use, the system includes a waterproof housing cart that houses the OCT main unit and data processing equipment (high-speed DAQ board for data processing, wireless keyboard, and mouse). ■ The optical fiber cable is covered with a waterproof protective tube, allowing for outdoor use in rainy weather without being affected by the elements. ■ The long optical fiber enables access to high places and narrow spaces. ■ Large casters and a push handle make it easy to move the main unit. ■ A portable touch panel allows for setting operating conditions and confirming imaging results on-site. ■ The large-capacity storage function supports post-analysis of data.
